LETTER OF REFERENCE-CHRIS SCHEEPERS

I have personally known Chris Scheepers since I commenced employment as the Sabre International Project Manager for an aviation security project at Mosul International Airport, Iraq in July 2008. This relationship continued following my redeployment to Alnajaf Alashraf International Airport, Iraq in February 2009 and has continued to date.

Chris has given invaluable support to both projects, especially in his given field of expertise as the Company Polygrapher. He has not only provided excellent support in the periodic examination of local national (Iraqi) staff, but also, and a key factor in pre-employment screening, provided numerous examinations of local nationals seeking security positions within my projects.

Chris operates to extremely high levels of professionalism and personal discipline in all areas of work. He is meticulous to the final degree in his organisation, examinations and post examination debriefs, at the same time having sufficient flexibility to adjust his programme and plans to meet the needs of an ever expanding international airport.

Furthermore, he has always been happy to sit with myself and other members of my project management in order to collate information gained over a number of examination periods thereby identifying trends in the results of screened local nationals. This has proven critical in isolating certain groups from possible employment within the security environment that operates in the airport.

He has always being willing to assist in any area of project work and his former military and private security company background makes him an extremely versatile asset. He has an outstanding reputation with all members of my project team.

I would highly recommend Chris to any potential employer.
