To Whom It May Concern

I am the Head of Operations for Sabre International Security based in Baghdad Iraq. I have
worked for Sabre International since February 2008.

I have pleasure in providing this Letter of Reference for Christopher Scheepers who has been employed by Sabre International Security as an independent contractor since March 2008.

Chris is a qualified Polygrapher and has been predominantly employed to provide polygraph services in Iraq and Afghanistan for our US Government, Oil & Gas Sector clients and ad hoc contracts. Polygraphing was a mandatory requirement on the US Government contracts and these
tests were subject to random audits and inspections by US Government contract personnel. Chris
was well regarded in the field and always received high praise. He has conducted in excess of 4000 tests during his tenure with Sabre in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Apart from providing polygraph servicers, Chris has also been involved in training tasks, startup
processes for new contracts, Team Leader I Second in Command Protective Security Detail tasks, Static Guarding Supervision and Logistics.

Chris has predominantly reported directly to me and in the time I have known him I have always found him to be reliable, honest, trustworthy and flexible. Chris works well in a team environment or unsupervised and gets on well with all nationalities. He is well spoken, polite and has a friendly disposition.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Chris to any prospective employer I contract.

Please contact me if I can be of further assistance.

Kind regards

Kevin Robison
